Your wellness journey is unique, and your care should reflect that.

I offer services designed to support individuals, groups, and professionals with trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approaches. Whether you’re navigating personal growth, healing from intergenerational trauma, or seeking guidance in your professional life, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and understanding.

My practice is dedicated to offering care that acknowledges the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while respecting the cultural, historical, and systemic contexts that shape each client's experience. If you’re ready to begin or continue your healing journey, I invite you to connect and explore the ways we can work together to honour your path forward.

  • Northern Mental Wellness

Living in the North presents unique mental wellness challenges for Indigenous peoples, settlers, and non-Indigenous people. The effects of colonial histories, harsh climates, geographic isolation, and limited access to culturally relevant mental health services can create complex layers of stress and disconnection. For Indigenous communities, mental health is deeply intertwined with the land, culture, and intergenerational experiences. Healing often involves reclaiming cultural practices and addressing the lasting impacts of colonial trauma. Settlers and non-Indigenous people in the North may experience their own challenges in navigating isolation and supporting reconciliation efforts. My practice acknowledges these intersecting realities, offering trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care that reflects the diverse experiences of the North.

  • Neurodivergence

Understanding and supporting neurodivergent individuals is at the core of my work. I provide care for adolescents and adults who experience neurodivergence, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I recognize the diverse ways neurodivergence manifests across genders and cultural identities. Many individuals, particularly women and those from marginalized communities, may be underdiagnosed or misunderstood due to masking or atypical presentations. My approach is rooted in inclusivity, fostering an environment where clients feel seen, validated, and supported in exploring their neurodivergent identities without shame or judgment.

  • Trauma

Trauma can shape every aspect of our well-being, often in ways we may not immediately recognize. I work with clients to process and heal from a range of traumatic experiences, including colonial trauma, systemic oppression, intergenerational trauma, and the enduring impacts of residential institutions. By creating a safe and supportive space, I guide clients through understanding how trauma affects the mind, body, and spirit. Healing is not linear, and through a decolonial and relational approach, I walk alongside clients as they reclaim their power, voice, and sense of self.

  • Mindfulness and Body-Positive Practices

Mindfulness and somatic practices are central to my therapeutic approach. Somatic therapy involves reconnecting with the body as a vital part of the healing process, allowing clients to process stored emotions and trauma through movement, breath, and awareness. I integrate mindfulness-based therapy to help clients cultivate presence, resilience, and self-compassion. Additionally, I incorporate body-positive practices that challenge societal norms and encourage clients to honour their bodies as they are, fostering deeper self-acceptance and holistic well-being.
